In addition, you will need to:
- Conduct business development activities with the support of our technological tools and an internal team dedicated to prospecting
- Determine relevant sales (or acquisition) strategies based on an analysis of the land's market value and the motivating factors of the selling (or buying) party
- Solicit potential buyers (or sellers), starting with the pre-qualified contact list generated by our platform
- Guide stakeholders through the transactional process by proactively solving problems
- Ensure compliance with the contractual obligations of stakeholders until the transfer of titles

Requirements
- Commercial real estate brokerage license issued by OACIQ, or in the process of obtaining
- Bachelor's degree or certificate, an asset
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
