Your Mission
As a BDM at Landerz, your objective is simple: generate quality real estate development opportunities for our sales team.
Tasks will include:
- Contacting identified potential land sites, including researching information (phone, email) when unavailable;
- Understanding the intentions and challenges of different owners, and proposing appropriate solutions;
- Encoding potential transactions in the CRM;
- Developing prospecting tools (scripts, conversation support (AI), prospecting methodology, etc.);
- Participating in the personal development of new recruits;
- All related tasks;

What We're Looking For
- Experience in external sales, prospecting, or business development
- Comfort with cold calling, sales environments, and technological tools (CRM, applications)
- Excellent communication skills, meticulousness, and organizational sense
- Willingness to learn and perform in a structured and collaborative environment
- Curiosity, proactivity, and initiative: you ask the right questions, follow up on your files, and find solutions
- Genuine interest in real estate and territorial development in Quebec: you like to understand projects, explore Google Maps, or read about zoning
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written (functional English)
- Asset: experience in a sector related to real estate (construction, finance, insurance)

- Base salary + uncapped commissions, based on performance
- Minimum 4 days per week presence at the office
