Senior Full Stack Developer

Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll join our growing engineering team to co-create the tech platform and data infrastructure of Landerz. This platform is the lifeblood for our affiliated brokers, over 4,500 buyers, and thousands of landowners! We support them through our products: web app/SaaS, CRM, and much more. We integrate tons of geospatial data and automate processes to make real estate transactions as seamless and transparent as possible – a real challenge in this industry.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to collaborate with analysts, developers, sales teams, and our "power users" to identify and develop new key features for our platform. You’ll also be responsible for designing and implementing system architecture, ensuring alignment between tech and business goals. You’ll make critical decisions regarding quality, performance, and costs to steer the team toward the best solutions while maintaining our strong growth trajectory.

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in both English and French (bonus points for puns in both languages!).
  • 7+ years of experience in software development (you’ve been around the block).
  • 1+ years of experience as a founder or working in a startup (Pre-Seed to Series B). You get the startup challenges.
  • You’re a master of the JavaScript ecosystem.
  • You’ve got strong skills in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, you name it!).
  • You know your way around design patterns, object-oriented principles, and have dabbled in technology-agnostic environments.
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is your playground.

Bonus Points If You’ve Got…

  • Experience with the GIS ecosystem and tile servers (map nerds, we see you!).
  • Skills with GraphQL and Domain-Driven Design.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React and/or Vue (full stack wizards, unite!).
  • You’re a Tailwind (or similar UI framework) pro.
  • And if you’re a Monopoly champion? Well, now we’re really impressed!
