We are excited to announce the expansion of our product and engineering team with the addition of two highly skilled software developers, Thiago Ikeda (front, left) and Amin Ameri (front, right). This marks an important step forward in Landerz’s mission to improve the land acquisition process through technology and data.
Thiago joins Landerz with 22 years of experience in software development, project management, and team leadership across diverse industries. With an MBA and PMP certification, he combines technical expertise with great business acumen.
He has successfully managed high-performing Scrum teams and collaborated in teams of 20+ people, driving web operations and delivering solutions under tight deadlines for Hesper clients such as Taiga Motors and Cook It. Thiago's unwavering work ethic, commitment, and loyalty have consistently set him apart.
Amin brings 17 years of experience in software engineering, product development, and navigating startup realities to Landerz. As a multi-time founder, he’s ready for another exciting venture—this isn’t his first rodeo!
He has built products from the ground up, scaled tech teams across three continents, and delivered innovative solutions in the music industry with BeatConnect and transportation with PBSC Solutions (acquired by Lyft). Amin lives by continuous learning, fairness, and integrity in all that he does.
With Thiago and Amin joining our team of software-preneurs, we’re reinforcing our commitment to empowering clients with cutting-edge geospatial data and AI-driven models, enabling smarter and faster land investment decisions.
As we expand our land prospecting tool, we remain focused on strengthening product-market fit and further simplifying the complex world of land acquisition and development at scale.
At Landerz, technology is a means to an end, not the end itself. We are here to solve meaningful problems, grow alongside our clients, and embrace the journey of creating a more transparent and efficient future for land transactions.
Welcome aboard, Thiago and Amin—let’s make it happen! 🚀
