Dorval Land Sale Announcement: Prime 52,000 Sq Ft Site

Landerz announces the recent sale of a prime 52,000 sq ft site in Dorval, Quebec. The mandate was led by Robert MacDougall, Landerz' Vice Chairman and Chartered Real Estate Broker.

« I am very pleased to announce the recent sale of 720 Montreal-Toronto in Dorval, Quebec.

After working for five years with the City of Dorval, we were able to finally complete a zoning change on this prime 52,000 sq ft site from three floor commercial to eight storey multi-residential in 2023.

Developer interest was very strong despite the economic challenges and a deal was completed in mid-June of this year.

Our thanks to 7858663 Canada Inc. (Vendor) and Okto Investments Inc. (Purchaser) for their patience and determination to see this through.
