We are pleased to announce the arrival of Gabriel Trempe on the Landerz brokerage team!
With a background in urban planning and real estate project development and management from Université de Montréal, Gabriel brings over seven years of experience with prominent real estate developers, during which he led the delivery of major multi-residential projects across Greater Montréal. Prior to joining us, he practiced as a broker at Marcus & Millichap Montréal. Gabriel has also been an active contributor to the real estate community, serving for four years as a member of the Young Ambassadors Committee of the Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU).
At Landerz, Gabriel will focus on transactions involving land, development sites, and income properties. His command of development dynamics allows him to support sellers, investors, and developers with rigour and a sophisticated understanding of asset fundamentals.
This addition reflects Landerz's continued growth in Québec and our commitment to elevating the client experience in complex real estate transactions — by combining a high-calibre team of experts, a forward-looking prospecting and analytics platform, and a data-driven understanding of the market.
