Acquisition of a major site for one of the largest non-profit housing projects in Québec

The City of Longueuil has expressed support for the development of a major 670-unit non-profit housing project led by the non-profit organization. According to Jonathan Tabarah, majority leader and responsible for finance and infrastructure, this initiative aligns fully with Longueuil’s Housing Strategy, which aims to increase residential supply by removing barriers to development.”
