475 Roland-Therrien Blvd • Landerz completes the transaction of a 137,000 sq. ft. commercial lot in Longueuil, enabling one of the largest non-profit housing projects in Quebec.

“The complex would be built on the site of the former Paladium in Longueuil, closed since 2020, at the intersection of Roland-Therrien and Fernand-Lafontaine Boulevards. The City of Longueuil has expressed support for the development of a major 670-unit non-profit housing project led by the non-profit organization. According to Jonathan Tabarah, majority leader and responsible for finance and infrastructure, this initiative aligns fully with Longueuil’s Housing Strategy, which aims to increase residential supply by removing barriers to development.
