Sami has over 20 years of experience in real estate, development, and project management. At Ivanhoé Cambridge, he held strategic roles in project management, pre-development, development, acquisitions, and asset dispositions. He notably led pre-development analyses in the Greater Montreal Area (GMA), oversaw the technical aspects of large-scale portfolio acquisitions in the United States (residential and industrial portfolios totaling several billion dollars), managed the technical aspects of major asset dispositions (1000 De la Gauchetière, World Trade Centre Montreal, Rockhill Complex), as well as the landmark redevelopment of Place Ville Marie.
With a deep understanding of the full development cycle, he will be a strategic ally for our corporate and institutional clients. His expertise in the acquisition and disposition of major assets further strengthens Landerz’s position as a trusted partner for complex projects.
