Construction is slated to begin in winter 2026, spanning an estimated 18 months, with delivery targeted for summer 2027 (Ville de Québec, 1er mai 2025).

The arrival of the CNESST’s new headquarters, over 500 recently built residential units, a new daycare center, and the future tramway interchange illustrate the area’s dynamism.
