Simon G. Boyer is an engineer, real estate developer, and entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Landerz, a Quebec-based proptech company specializing in land intelligence and transactions. Prior to Landerz, he led a real estate development firm that delivered more than 1,000 residential units and received multiple industry awards. Earlier in his career, Simon worked at McKinsey & Company on strategic mandates in banking, industrial optimization, and sustainability.
