After a challenging 2023 where land transactions plummeted by 60%, 2024 has kicked off with vigor, and the market has regained its momentum.

Montreal-based startup Landerz continues its expansion with the appointment of François Royer Mireault as Head of Marketing. With 15 years of experience, François brings robust strategic expertise to the growing Proptech, which is developing its platform aimed at accelerating the search, purchase, and sale of land.

Landerz has been selected from among 1400+ startups to be one of the 70 companies competing in the Pitch competition at #CollisionConf this morning in Toronto! Congratulations to our CEO, Simon G. Boyer, for a compelling performance in front of an investor panel.
