We are very pleased to announce the arrival of Sam Mehenni as Head of Data at Landerz. Sam brings a rare profile at the intersection of urban planning and technology development. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from McGill University and has built strong expertise in software development, particularly within technology startups specializing in geospatial data.
His career has led him to contribute to Transit App, WhereIsMyTransport, and Anagraph, before founding the studio Bounds.
You may already know him for his impactful data visualization and urban planning support projects across Greater Montréal: interactive zoning maps, georeferencing of historical aerial archives, mapping of real estate developments with AgoraMTL, and more.
At Landerz, Sam’s mandate is to structure and expand our data ecosystem: developing new strategic data partnerships, managing and enhancing open data resources, integrating high-value datasets into our application for clients and partner brokers, and exploring new opportunities related to artificial intelligence.
