Join a fast-growing, tech-driven land brokerage challenger
Are you a real estate professional who thrives on the excitement of complex, high-stakes transactions? Do you enjoy diving into the details of a property—from financials and legal documentation to marketing materials—but wish you had better tools and like-minded colleagues to collaborate with in a more collaborative environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
About Landerz
Landerz is a technology and services firm dedicated to accelerating land development and transactions. As a fast-paced startup, we are proud to lead the market with the highest volume of land transactions in Quebec.
Currently, we are pre-developing over 4,000 housing units, including 2,000 designated for non-profit purposes. In 2024, we listed over $500M worth of land across various categories for real estate development, with several projects gaining regional and national attention for their scale and cultural significance.
At Landerz, we combine cutting-edge technology with exceptional talent to deliver unparalleled impact. Supported by financial partners such as Investissement Québec and Accelia, we are uniquely positioned to achieve remarkable results at an exceptional pace.
Your Mission
The Transaction Coordinator’s mission is to keep deals and brokers moving smoothly while accelerating transactions. You will have a direct impact on the firm’s performance and play a key role in refining processes to achieve the best possible results. You’ll manage multiple deals simultaneously, collaborating with top brokers, land development experts, real estate technologists, and analysts.
Every deal is exciting and tells its own story. You will help create informational and marketing materials for dreamy ski-in/ski-out developments in Mont-Tremblant, highly sought-after industrial lots in Québec City, and renowned institutional properties in downtown Montreal.
Land transactions are unique and complex. While our operations are already well-oiled and automated, your role will be to run and enhance our processes to make them truly world-class. Closing a deal takes effort and coordination. On a day-to-day, you will:
- Organize and manage our listings
- Maintain and optimize the CRM for client management
- Create presentations based on good-looking templates
- Prepare contractual documentation
- Manage our sales processes and work with our team to automate them
- Coordinate the distribution of listings across multiple platforms
- Plan outreach actions using cutting-edge marketing tools
Sounds like a lot? Don’t worry—everyone at Landerz is incredibly supportive. We’re one of the rare firms that truly works as a team, sharing information openly across the organization. Plus, we’re not stuck in the 1990s. Our proprietary application and CRM empower you to work smarter and faster. With just a few clicks, you’ll access detailed information on lots across Quebec, export transaction comparables, gather valuable insights on business contacts, and automate email outreach.
What we're looking for
- Passionate about land and real estate development in Quebec? If you enjoy diving into details about upcoming projects, that’s a great sign. If you have a hidden love for exploring Google Earth or find zoning regulations fascinating, you’re one of us!
- Detail-oriented and organized. You are capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You can review visual and written material before final delivery. Many team members will rely on your precision to deliver top-quality service to clients on time.
- Tech-savvy. You should feel comfortable using our application, CRM (HubSpot), and standard cloud-based software. Don’t worry if you have blind spots—we’ll provide training, and we’re always ready to help. But you should enjoy the process of learning new skills and have a habit of turning to Google when you’re stuck.
- Curious and proactive. You’re not afraid to ask questions or pick up the phone to follow up with a colleague on a delayed task or deliverable. If something seems off, you’ll investigate, ask questions, and propose solutions without hesitation.
- Solid experience in a similar role with excellent proficiency in both French and English.
