Key points

"I'm a former real estate developer and I've completed several projects. I realized how complex and laborious finding a plot of land is. To find a plot, you filter, look on platforms like Centris, develop relationships with brokers, and actively prospect. But even when you find options, you have to analyze zoning, local rents, environmental risks, contamination, and many other factors. This analysis can take weeks and requires costly resources. The idea behind Landerz is to provide all this information in a centralized and rapid way.

We've developed an ideal land sourcing mechanism for real estate developers, enabling them to quickly identify opportunities and facilitate transactions.

We use APIs to access data sources and keep them up to date in real-time. We connect to municipal, provincial, and federal sources to collect data on zoning, transactions, and risks. It's a complex process since each city has its own data structure. We often have to educate municipalities on the importance of sharing their data in a structured way.

Then, we will use artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze this data and identify plots with development potential.

I want to thank the entire Landerz team for their hard work. We're constantly developing new solutions to improve the user experience and facilitate land transactions. If you're interested in what we do, don't hesitate to contact us for more information."
